Authorization of cession of image rights

In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the other legislation on data protection in force. EU Group informs me that by giving consent to this agreement, it is provided that I have been duly informed about the processing of my personal data and through clicking on the consent button, give EU Group unconditional consent to the use of my images.

I AUTHORIZE and give my consent to European College-EC Business School S.A.U., EU Business School Munich GmbH, EU SA and EU Business School S.A. (hereinafter, the EU Group) and OMNES Education Group (hereinafter, OMNES) to:

  1. Take images, footage, videos, sound recordings, graphic materials or part of them of me, with or without my name for any lawful purpose;
  1. Use images, data, footage, videos, sound recordings, graphic materials or part of them with or without my name for any lawful purpose such as publicity, illustration, advertising and/or web and media content; and also to copyright and publish the images, data, footage, videos, sound recordings, graphic materials or part of them of me, with or without my name, in print and/or by electronic means to promote the institution of the EU Group, OMNES and its programs and activities;
  1. Publish promotional documents (brochures, programs, etc.) about education, teaching, research and other activities, which include images, photographs, sound recordings, quotes, testimonials and references to my person and/or professional activity (company or organization, position or function, etc.) for the purposes of communication and dissemination of the institution of the EU Group, OMNES and its activities.

This authorization is made under the protection of the provisions of the European laws in force regarding the protection of honor, privacy and personal image; as well as the own laws regarding data protection.

This authorization is granted free of charge and does not establish any time limit for its concession or for the exploitation of the material, or part of it, so it is granted for unlimited time and geographical space.
